Pam Dyson FCCA
I am a freelance consultant with a high profile background in the NHS. I became an ACCA member in 1986 and subsequently worked with NHS Finance Directors to develop the NHS finance function at local, regional and national level. When I had the opportunity to stand for election to the Health Sector Panel I thought it would be an excellent way of maintaining my engagement with the NHS Finance Function and supporting the continuous, sector specific professional development of my NHS finance colleagues. I have learned a lot from my involvement with ACCA and I enjoy the global perspective.
Connie Atugonza FCCA
Connie was elected to the ACCA Health Network Panel in December 2018 for a second term. Stephanie Moonan ACCA
I have worked in the NHS since 2001 and my current role is a Directorate Accountant for Royal Liverpool University Hospital Trust. Having previously been involved with the FSD Student Forum and Conference I felt that joining the ACCA panel was a natural progression.
As a relatively newly qualified member I was confident I could bring something different to the panel and use my experience gained within the NHS and the Student Panel to help focus and streamline the events and webinars to all levels of ACCA membership.
Mohammad Nawaz ACCA
Mohammad works as a Director. He achieved ACCA membership in 2017 when he was 20. He administers an expanding unofficial ACCA UK WhatsApp group and is an active member on LinkedIn. These activities encourage engagement with as many ACCA members as possible. He would be a great live example to anyone considering ACCA.
Having been supported on his ACCA journey, he now provides the same support to other members. He is enthusiastic, creative and willing to help. With the varied experience & knowledge, he has contributed to the development of the Health panel, Lancashire and Cumbria panel.
Jasvir Ghattaura ACCA
Being a member of the ACCA and having worked in the health sector for over 8 years, this would be a fantastic opportunity to work with the ACCA in the capacity of a panel member to gain a greater understanding of the professional body, whilst engaging with the professional network and developing personal profile within the sector. The experience of working in large complex organisations within NHS combined with growing motivation to continue professional development individually and for other members would help in providing a balanced view and ideas to shape and support the panel along the way. Other active memberships include Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Finance Skills Development (FSD) and Future Focused Finance (FFF).

I am proud to have worked in the NHS for almost 23 years as an accountant. I am an active leader, keen to promote the value of good quality finance professionals and believe that we can make a difference to the services we support.
I have recently joined the Health Panel as I am passionate about the development of finance professionals and see the Health Panel as a way to promote the opportunities and contribute to the development of future evolutions of the sector; as an ACCA member and accomplished finance leader.
Chenai Bvunzawabaya Banda FCCA
I believe change is needed in the NHS finance sector. As a panel member I will make lots of connections and also add value to many discussions and would like the opportunity to inspire others to make the same career choices. I am passionate about inspiring young girls and really want to show them that dreams can come true regardless of how one started. It's where one is going that matters and what they achieve with their special gift.
