Melissa Buntine, Senior Consultant at Timewise

With 12 years' experience in social work recruitment, I am hugely passionate about making a difference to the world of work. As a Timewise Consultant I support employers to design flexible working solutions that attract, retain and develop the best talent. At Timewise, our Social Mission is to tackle the equality gap, by making good flexible work available to all without people having to compromise on pay or progression. We work with policymakers, industry bodies and employers to break down the barriers to flexible working, and devise innovative solutions that work for both employers and employees.

Pauline Schu, Subject Manager - Business Manager ACCA

I moved from Paris to London in 2008 to complete my studies in Politics and International Relations. After graduating from Kings College, I joined ACCA in July 2013 as a research intern to help with the corporate culture project conducted in collaboration with the ESRC. I have contributed to the publication of a series of reports on the issue (you can learn all about it here) and am now a Subject Officer with the Business Management portfolio. I currently lead projects on corporate governance across the world and am heavily involved in our work with ACCA's Global Forums. I am a secretary for the Governance, Risk and Performance forum as well as the Accountants in Business one and contribute to improving cross-forum collaboration.
