[0:05] At ACCA we're happy to support you with your membership should you experience financial difficulty throughout the year.
[00:13] This video will show you how to apply for a reduced subscription.
[00:18] As personal circumstances can change from year to year, you'll need to apply for a reduced subscription annually as we won't automatically carry this over from one year to the next.
[00:30] After signing into your MyACCA account, search for reduced subscription, using our knowledge base to get started.
[00:44] We offer 2 different reduced subscription options to support our members and long-term affiliates who may currently not be working or who are employed but on a lower income. Option one, extended leave subscription is available if you're not in active employment due to one of these categories, and if your current income is less than the value shown on screen. Option 2, subscription assistance is available to you if your current income is less than the value shown on screen.
[01:13] If your application is approved, you can check what your new annual subscription fee will be by clicking the fees and charges link.
[01:24] As part of the application process, you'll be asked to submit evidence of your eligibility for a reduced subscription.
[01:31] You can find examples of the type of information we'll accept here.
[01:37] Remember, if any of the documents you submit are not in English, will require an official translation.
[01:42] Documents should be no more than 3 years old. Bank statements cannot be accepted as evidence.
