The quickest way for us to communicate with ACCA students is by e-communication mail (such as email and text message). Our preferred way of communicating with you is through myACCA and email, and we are now moving all our customers to these methods. ACCA reserves the right to issue all communications and documentation via myACCA and email only, so please ensure your contact details are kept up-to-date.
It is now possible for you to receive all your communication from us via e-communication - including exam results or making exam entries online. It's much quicker, more convenient and avoids you having to wait for unreliable postal services for important information. But we need you to make sure we have an up-to-date email address and mobile number for you.
You can receive information in the following ways:
- Receive all correspondence from ACCA by e-communication (including exam results, dockets, exam entry forms etc.)
- Receive publications and promotional information by e-communications but still receive exam results, dockets and exam entry forms by paper.
- Only receive exam results, dockets, exam entry forms etc. by paper. You will not receive any other type of communication from ACCA.
You can update your contact details online through myACCA. You can also let us know your new details by contacting ACCA Connect with your change of contact details.
If you change your name through deed poll, marriage or decree nisi, you will need to inform ACCA Connect immediately in writing. Please provide copies of your documentation either via email or in writing and send copies of the relevant certificates.
If you are part of a Joint Examination Scheme (JES), you must remember to notify your JES of your change of contact details.
