Terms and conditions for eligible students

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing or using the registration codes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility criteria

  • Students eligible for the registration codes must register for ACCA Qualification (ADFBR in selected territories).

  • Students eligible for the Accelerate and Framework for Students initiative must complete their ACCA registration before graduation from their university study programme affiliated with the registration code they have registered with.

2.1 Accelerate / Framework for Students specific criteria

In order to be eligible to register for ACCA on the Accelerate / Framework for Students initiative, Students must meet the following criteria:

  • Students must register for ACCA Qualification prior to the university study course graduation date.

  • Students must be studying towards the accredited study course or non-accredited study course benefiting from framework exemptions – see exemptions calculator.

  • Students cannot be an existing ACCA student (active or suspended).

  • Students must use the Accelerate/Framework for student code during online initial registration for ACCA Qualification.

  • Students must upload the Accelerate / Framework for Students eligibility letter or other applicable documentary evidence issued by the awarding institution during the online application.

  • Students must successfully complete the course by the set graduation date.

  • Students must claim exemptions based on the completion of the accredited study course as soon as possible after their graduation.

3. Use of registration code

  • To activate any registration code, Students must use the registration code when registering for the ACCA Qualification. If the registration code is not used as part of the initial registration, standard ACCA charges will apply. Students are not eligible for any discounts to be added after registration.

  • The registration code is only valid for use during the stipulated promotional period specified by ACCA and will expire automatically after the stated end date.

  • Students shall not share or transfer the registration code.

  • A registration code for preferential pricing in respect of a sales initiative cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or promotional codes.

  • Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to the registration code by the Student may result in the cancellation of the preferential pricing arrangement.

4. Discounts and exemptions

  • Discounts will only be applied to the exemptions the Student is eligible for following assessment by ACCA upon exemption application.

  • In order to assess the Student’s eligibility for full exemptions, once the Student graduates, they will be required to submit a copy of their graduation/completion certificate and full course transcript to ACCA.

  • If a Student does not complete their university study course, they may not be able to claim full exemptions and may need to sit and pass the relevant ACCA exams. In such case, the Student may not be eligible for the Accelerate/Framework for Student initiative and may be invoiced for awarded exemptions at the full price.

5. Existing students

  • Students who are already registered with ACCA (existing, suspended, resigned) are not eligible for preferential pricing.

6. Payment responsibilities

  • Students are responsible to pay the fees raised on their account. Students can view their outstanding balance via their myACCA account.

  • Students may be removed from the ACCA register if fees are not paid within 30 days of invoice and eligibility to receive preferential pricing may be lost.

7. Geographic restrictions

  • Sales Initiatives and the associated preferential pricing are available only to Students who are resident in the Eligible countries.

  • If Students relocate to a country not on the eligible countries list prior to using the registration code, they will not be able to use the registration code.

  • If a student relocates to a country not on the eligible countries list before claiming all the benefits of a registration code, their eligibility to the preferential pricing might be restricted.

8. Qualification selection

  • It is important Students ensure they are enrolled into the qualification of their choice. Any transfers within various qualifications post registration may impact the availability of the preferential pricing.

9. Modification and termination

  • ACCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the registration code or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

10. Dispute resolution

  • In case of disputes regarding eligibility, redemption, or interpretation of these Terms, ACCA’s decision shall be final and binding.
