1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the registration codes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of use.
2. Partner eligibility and accreditation
The Partner must maintain their accreditation status (where applicable) with ACCA, to qualify for the preferential pricing. Loss of the Partner’s accreditation status will lead to the preferential pricing being removed.
The Partner accepts that ACCA’s standard Sale Initiatives are designed to support the enrolment of prospective students for the ACCA Qualification only (including ADFBR in selected territories).
The Partner shall promote the ACCA Qualification and ACCA, and where relevant, ensure the accredited study courses continuously meet the ACCA Accreditation criteria regardless of whether or not the Partner is the awarding body for the course.
Where the Partner is accredited for exemptions with ACCA, the Partner shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the courses are reaccredited where students may graduate after Accreditation expires.
3. Use of registration codes
The registration code applies only to selected ACCA qualifications. The Partner shall only share the registration codes with prospective students who are resident in the eligible countries and who are enrolling for the ACCA Qualification.
The Partner shall ensure that prospective students understand that should they relocate to a country which is not an eligible country before they use the registration code, they will not be able to use the registration code.
The Partner shall ensure that prospective students understand that if they use the registration code for a selected ACCA qualification, they will lose the preferential pricing if they choose to change to a different ACCA product after registration.
The registration code is only valid for use during the stipulated promotional period specified by ACCA and will expire automatically after the stated end date.
ACCA shall provide the Partner with the registration code to activate the preferential pricing. If the student does not use the registration code when they complete their registration with ACCA, the preferential pricing will not be applied by ACCA and the standard ACCA charges will be applied for that prospective student.
The registration code becomes non-transferable after it has been shared with the prospective student.
A registration code for preferential pricing of a Sale Initiative cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or promotional codes.
4. Student eligibility and responsibilities
The Partner shall protect the integrity of the registration codes and ensure that the registration codes are only issued to eligible students based on their residence status and enrolment with the appropriate study program/graduation from an eligible study program.
The Partner shall ensure that prospective students are informed that if they are already registered with ACCA (existing, suspended, resigned) they are not eligible for preferential pricing.
The Partner shall ensure that eligible prospective students enrolling into ACCA using the registration codes are fully aware of their commitments to ACCA arising as a result of their registration with ACCA including payment of the Student’s annual subscriptions fee – see our getting started section for students and Terms and conditions for eligible students.
The Partner shall signpost and encourage all prospective students enrolled to ACCA to use all available ACCA Study Support resources.
5. Registration and portal responsibilities
The Partner shall facilitate the registration and progression of the prospective students through the ACCA Qualification.
The Partner shall enrol in and use the MyACCA portal to invite prospective students to enrol with ACCA by offering the agreed preferential pricing and to facilitate the prospective students’ registrations.
Where the Partner has provided the registration code to students outside of the MyACCA portal, the Partner shall ensure they assist the prospective students to confirm/provide the required documentary evidence for the eligibility of the prospective students using the registration code within the registration process.
6. Data protection and consent
The Partner shall obtain the prospective student’s consent to exchange personal data and information with ACCA in compliance with all applicable data protection legislation.
7. Advertising, branding and promotion requirements
The Partner agrees to ACCA’s advertising regulations applicable to accredited programmes (as detailed on ACCA’s Global website at Apply for exemption accreditation | ACCA Global).
The Partner shall only advertise and promote its partnership with ACCA in compliance with ACCA Brand and Marketing guidelines. The content of any advertising and promotional materials produced by the Partner, and the execution of advertising and promotional activities undertaken must be:
legal, decent, honest and truthful;
prepared and carried out with a sense of professional responsibility; and
in conformance with the principles of fair competition.
ACCA reserves the right to treat any perceived contravention of the Advertising Regulations by the Partner as a material breach which can lead to a Sale Initiative being discontinued.
The Partner cannot include in their advertisements, websites, social media and promotional materials any statement which intentionally or unintentionally misrepresents ACCA’s products, policies or procedures and which are considered to be misleading to students, employers or other stakeholders.
The Partner shall not represent or present themselves in any advertisement, website, social media platform or promotional material as being ACCA, in any manner that could mislead the public regarding their affiliation with ACCA. Any misuse or misrepresentation of the ACCA name or brand by the Partner in any marketing or promotional campaigns shall be considered a material breach of these terms of use.
8. Misuse and compliance
Any misuse, unauthorised distribution or fraudulent activity related to the registration codes by the Partner may result in the cancellation and restriction of future preferential pricing arrangements.
9. Changes, termination and disputes
ACCA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the registration code or these terms of use at any time without prior notice.
In case of disputes regarding the eligibility, redemption or interpretation of these terms, ACCA’s decision shall be final and binding.
