From the payment and fees drop down, you can access your fees and invoices, view your payment history,

or view your statements and payment receipts. From the fees and invoices page,

you can quickly make a payment for any outstanding balance on your account by selecting the pay button.

And you can also download an invoice or receipt by selecting the download button.

The payment history page provides a breakdown of any invoices raised on your account and any payments you've made.

The statement and payment receipts page will allow you to request the generation of a new statement.

Please be aware that the generation process takes up to 30 minutes, and duplicated requests made within a short time period are not processed.

Statements can then be downloaded by selecting the file link as shown on screen. Please ensure you've disabled your pop-up blocker before

attempting to download the file to your device.

Next, the qualifications pages offer access to your qualification progress, exam results,

and exemptions.

On the qualification progress page, you can choose your qualification from the dropdown to view your progress.

This option will include any active qualifications you're currently registered for, such as the ACCA qualification,

foundations in Accountancy, or the diploma in International Finance Reporting qualification.

Your qualification details are shown in the box highlighted on screen.

You can view your exam progress here and quickly book your next exam, view your exam results,

or any exemptions you've been offered and awarded. You can also view your practical experience progress here and access your

my experience record to update and record your experience and track your performance objectives.

And you'll find your ethics progress here, where you can quickly start your ethics and professional skills module,

required to be completed as part of the ACCA qualification.

If you're currently registered on the foundations in accountancy suite of exams and wish to transfer to the ACCA qualification upon completing

[03:14 – 03:18]
the required exams, you can amend your preferences from this page too.

On this page, you can download your letter of good standing, letter of equivalence, or access qualification certificates by selecting

This page allows you to track any enquiries you've sent to us, and you can communicate with us regarding your case by selecting

And then select reply to ACCA to enter your response.

Please ensure your file matches one of the specified file types highlighted on screen and is no larger than 15 megabytes.

Once our team has reviewed your case, you'll receive an email advising you to log into your portal.

And view any updates to your case.

Again, you can respond to us by selecting the reply to ACCA button and adding your message as shown earlier.

Let's take a look at where to find your personal details. At the top of the page,

select the drop down arrow next to your name.

And choose my details.

On this page, you'll find your personal information, such as your username, date of birth,

[06:35 – 06:41]
and email address. You can change the information in this box by raising a case with us.

You will also be able to change your phone number and address details. And you can add a secondary address if required.

Next is the applications page, where you'll find details of any application you've started or have submitted to us,

and you can track the status of your application from here too. Select the application name for full details of any application you've submitted

or have started.

The connections page will show you any connections you've made with ACCA partners.

You can also quickly accept any pending invitations from this page too, by selecting the organisation name under pending invitations.

Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before accepting any invitation.

Next, your contact preferences can be updated directly on the portal. You can confirm whether you would like to receive correspondence

from us, and if you would like to receive your exam results by text message.

You can also confirm if you would like to receive offers from third parties, and if you're happy for your details to be passed to employers to discuss improvements

and ways ACCA can provide enhanced support for you. And lastly, you can confirm if you would like to be included in our list of past

finalists.

The terms and conditions page will show you what terms and conditions you've accepted as part of any applications you've submitted to us,

and we'll confirm when you accepted them.

And finally, the employment details page allows you to update your employment details, including adding your employment status,

your job title, the company name, and the organisation, industry, sector, and size.
