Tell us about a privacy related problem.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to tell us if you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled. Contact the Privacy Office directly so we can review your situation and support you.

Use our form if you want to raise a concern about:

  • A previous Individual Rights request that you feel was not handled correctly
  • Issues with marketing messages or opt‑outs
  • Any worries about how we collect, use, or protect your personal data

This is for privacy and data‑protection matters only. If your concern is about something else at ACCA, please use our general complaints process instead. Submitting a request through the incorrect channel may delay our ability to respond.

Guidance: what information to include

To help us understand your concern and respond as quickly as possible, please include as much information as you can about your complaint. Helpful information includes:

  • What happened - a clear description of the issue
  • When it happened - dates or time periods, if known
  • Any reference numbers - for example, numbers from previous Individual Rights requests or earlier correspondence
  • What outcome you are hoping for - such as a correction, an explanation, or a review of a previous decision

You don’t need all of this information to submit your complaint, but the more detail you can provide, the easier it will be for us to investigate and support you.
