The ACCA Singapore office is located right at the Central Business District of Singapore - close to our key stakeholders. The office sits on the 22nd floor of the South Tower of One Raffles Quay. The premise is well-equipped with modern training rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 50 people. Regular member engagement and CPD sessions are organised at the office itself. Our Strategic Alliance partner, the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is also co-located within the same space.

ACCA members support Singapore’s ambition to be a global business hub, and our membership includes business leaders from some of the most recognisable local and international companies. We currently have a population of over 7,500 members, 3,000 affiliates and 11,000 active students pursuing the qualification.

ACCA’s success in Singapore was anchored in over 80 years of establishment. We began operations in Malaya in 1936 (before Singapore became an independent country in 1965) and we continue to be a key player in supporting the Singapore accounting sector.

Members in Singapore are represented by the ACCA Network Panel, an elected group of volunteer member leaders who work alongside the ACCA Singapore office in delivering member value and the shared strategic vision of ACCA. The Chairman of the ACCA Singapore Network Panel is currently, Mr Gajendran Vyapuri, Partner of EY LLP and our Vice Chairman is Belinda Young, Director of Centrecourt Group of Companies. Singapore is represented on Global Council by our current Council Member, Mr Amos Ng. The ACCA Country Manager for Singapore is Mr Reuter Chua.

Finding employment and re-locating to Singapore has been a popular option among many ACCA members globally. Singapore has a lot to offer in terms of economic and political stability and high standards in health and safety. The standard of living in Singapore is widely regarded to be high and there is also promise of an interesting and vibrant lifestyle. However, the Government of Singapore does impose very stringent controls in the admission of overseas talent into this small city-state.

The ACCA Qualification is welcomed and recognised by many companies in Singapore including over 210 Approved employers. However, restrictions in form of employment pass quotas and minimum salary levels will apply.
