He has a wide breadth of experience spanning property, commercial debt recovery, banking and trust litigation, seeing legal disputes through the insolvency process. He has acted in numerous high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes.

    Sandra Duerden is an English qualified solicitor and Guernsey Advocate with over 13 years' experience working for Mourant in Guernsey. In addition to her contentious trusts practice, Sandra regularly assists financial and fiduciary services clients with contractual disputes and regulatory/compliance matters. She is also a member of the Guernsey IP Commercial Group. Recent work highlights for Sandra include advising trustees in contentious trust disputes (such as acting in challenged blessing applications or advising on sham trusts arguments and the enforcement of foreign judgments against trust assets) and advising financial institutions on AML issues and good compliance practices.
