HMRC is reminding agents about the benefits of registering and using its Agent Account Manager Service. It has said 'Did you know that HMRC’s Agent Account Managers (AAMs) can help you to quickly resolve ongoing client specific problems when the usual escalation channels have failed? So far 3400 agents have signed up for the help and HMRC has resolved 1740 issues. All you have to do is register using this online User Registration Form. It only takes five minutes to complete.'
