You must comply with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) if you sell goods or services to consumers through an organised distance selling scheme where there is no face-to-face contact between your business and the consumer up to and including the moment at which the contract is concluded. Distance selling includes, but is not limited to, contracts made by mail order, phone, fax, or over the internet.
