Wear and tear allowance

Wear and tear allowance is not new; the concessionary allowance has been with us for many years, but the concession has now been abolished. What has changed is that it has now been incorporated in the legislation at sections 308A to 308C of ITTOIA 2005, which apply from April 2013.
