How to renew
Renewing is simple and only takes a few minutes. The simplest and quickest way to pay is online, via your myACCA account, although there are other options available.

Please note if you have other fees outstanding, you must pay these by the due date.

Your account will be risk of suspension and removal from our register. You will receive reminders and a notice prior to any suspension taking place.

At ACCA we know at times you may wish to pause your studies to pursue other priorities, like other educational studies, changing career or job roles, or to raise or look after family members.

If you need to take a break or leave ACCA you can let us know by completing a resignation application.

We're sorry to see you go, and please be aware that any completed exams at the applied knowledge or skills level or awarded full exemptions will not be removed from your account, should you decide to return to your studies. However, our strategic professional level exams have time limits, and you can read more about these time limits on our website.

From the help and support page of your My ACCA portal, select the I am a student box.

And then choose account administration from the available list.

Select resign from ACCA.

Now select resigning from ACCA as a student.

Read the information on this page. And when you're ready to apply, select the application link on screen.

Take a moment to review the information on screen, and when you're ready, select Start Application.

Check your personal details are up to date, and you can change this information by raising a case with us.

You can also update your contact details and add a secondary address if needed.

Then select next to move on.

If you resign from ACCA your details will be retained, and you're always welcome to apply for readmission in the future.

Also, if you have outstanding fees on your account, you can make a payment here, before continuing with your application.

These fees must be paid when you decide to return to your studies or studentship.

To continue with your application, tell us why you're leaving by selecting a reason option from the drop down list.

Then tell us if you wish to return to ACCA in the future.

And choose the relationship role you are resigning from. The options here may vary, depending on your current relationship role. Tick the box beside each qualification you wish to resign from.
