I am passionate about this space, the purpose, and its ability to generate value for young people who are re-thinking or deciding their professional career.  I believe in the impact of great leadership in building career independence, especially with the young generation. I am passionate about creating a transparent and sustainable pathway for all young people to gain equal information to influence their development.  I am excited about this space!

My background and career have been a graduate in the charity/not-for-profit sector, working across finance, fundraising, governance, compliance, strategy, HR, IT/systems, and policy.  I have led the development of these functions, running, and advising businesses in these areas, establishing strong financial controls, including business partnering.

I am currently a Trustee/Treasurer for AGE UK H&F and SLBI, where I lead the financial transformation and resilience agenda. I am also the Chair of the Finance, and Audit Committee for both organisations.
