Lorna Williamson - Early Careers Manager, ACCA

I’m the Early Careers Manager at ACCA and have been in post since September 2021. I love working in this space as I am a strong believer in ensuring all young people have access to the best possible careers guidance to help them make the most informed decisions about their future.  I’m passionate about levelling the playing field and doing the best we can to ensure exposure to opportunities in the profession are equally available to all, regardless of background or circumstance.

My background prior to ACCA is in early careers recruitment in accountancy practice, banking and the education charity sector.  I have also been a school governor and currently volunteer as an Enterprise Advisor through the Careers and Enterprise Company.
