Safeer Ahmed ACCA - Lecturer, Accounting and Finance

I am very excited to be an Early Careers Ambassador at The ACCA and keen in helping young persons to navigate their careers and opportunities in the field of Accounting and Finance.

I have worked in accountancy roles before I started my career in education sector. I have worked in private education, further education, and higher education. I am currently Working as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance in a UK public University. I have taught AAT level 1 to 4, A level accounting, ACCA knowledge and skills modules, University Undergraduate and Post graduate programmes as well as level 3 and level 4 accounting apprenticeship programmes.

Having worked in a variety of roles and gaining understanding of alternative pathways for future accountants, I have a unique perspective in helping, guiding, and encouraging young persons in their careers paths. I am also appointed as a Trustee at the cultural trust Luton.
