Samirul Haque ACCA

I am a Chartered Certified Accountant having gained experience with Big 4 accountancy practice. I am currently working as an Audit Senior at a top 25 accountancy practice in the UK specialising in statutory and group audits, ranging from large to small entities including audits of charities and non profitable organisations.

I have been passionate about accountancy from my school days and I was inspired by one of my tutor who was pursuing a professional accountancy qualification at the time, however, during this journey one thing that was always lacking was continuous guidance. Every learner has their challenges through their journey of learning and to know that they are not alone and be able to lean on that support and guidance for their mental wellbeing.

I believe with right guidance young people can make a massive impact in the accountancy profession due to its stature as a profession. Moreover, I believe we must promote the accounting profession to young people as it comes with the global mobility prospect whether in practice or industry, which could lead them to become industry leaders of the future. I would be enthusiastic to share my experiences and motivated to guide the young generation to achieve their accountancy dreams.
