Logging into myACCA

If you're new to ACCA, or haven't logged in for a while, here's some info to help you log into your myACCA account.

What is your username?

Your username to access myACCA is your ACCA ID.

We provided your 7-digit ID in your welcome email when you joined as a student.

For members, your ACCA ID is also known as your membership ID.

If you're unable to find your ACCA ID, request a reminder. You'll need your registered email address.

Your registered email address

To get a username/ACCA ID reminder, you'll need your registered email address.

  • Existing myACCA users: this will be the email address you use on your account.
  • New ACCA students: your email address will be the one supplied when you registered with us.

You can update the email address on your myACCA account - and your other personal details - after you've logged in.

Resetting your password

You can normally reset your password through the 'Forgotten your password?' option found on the log-in page of myACCA. By entering your username, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain at least:

  • One lower case alphabetic character
  • One upper case alphabetic character
  • One special character (for example ? ! / #~ @)
  • One numeric character

If you use a different browser, like Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, check their website for guidance on clearing cache and cookies.

Instructions can vary, depending on your browser, device and operating system. So you may want to check specific guidance on your browser.

2. Switch off VPN

Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) can prevent you logging in. For the best experience, turn your VPN off before trying to access your myACCA account.
