Lisa O'Sullivan
Senior Policy Manager for the UK and EEMA region

Lisa is ACCA’s Senior Policy Manager for the UK and EEMA region. Lisa has a keen interest in sustainability, the importance of education, and making technical information in relation to audit and accounting accessible to all.
Prior to joining ACCA Lisa spent the previous 10 years working in the aircraft leasing sector, where together with her team, she provided accounting and investor reporting services to a portfolio of clients. She also set up and led the compliance team and co-authored a Whitepaper on the CSRD published by the Company.
Lisa completed her accountancy training with KPMG (Dublin) in financial services and subsequently held compliance and technical roles with both CPA Ireland and Deloitte Ireland. These roles included regulatory inspections of CPA practices, providing technical support and training, drafting technical guidance, peer review of audit files, dealing with external regulatory inspections, and policy matters.
She holds a degree in Social Science (Social Policy and Economics) from University College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).
