To provide a consistent service, we carry out maintenance on our systems. If you're experiencing issues, please check the schedule below. Please only try to log in after the maintenance is finished.

Upcoming planned system downtime

At the end of April, we’re introducing a redesigned MyACCA portal for all our students, affiliates, members and partners to manage their ACCA account.

In the lead up to the new portal launching on 29 April 2026 there’ll be a period of planned system downtime during which some services will be unavailable.

My Exam Performance

There are currently no known issues with our services.

Remote Session Exams Status

We are aware of an intermittent issue whereby a small number of students are experiencing issues when attempting to launch remote session exams.

We're working to resolve these issues and advise students to continue to try to launch their exams.
