Vikas is responsible for advising governments on socio-economic issues such as technology adoption, future talent development, corporate governance, sustainability, and financial inclusion. Before joining ACCA, Vikas spent over a decade working for the UK Government across security, industrial strategy, international trade, and foreign policy, and he left the government after a period of time as a diplomat based overseas.
