Growth of consumer spend through e-commerce poses a challenge; however, a significant share of this online spend will touch a store and although the retail landscape has changed fundamentally, it is now widely accepted that stores remain an essential component of omni-channel supply chains.
We cannot escape the fact that some elements of high street businesses are not performing as they were pre-Covid, and this means that clients will need assistance in restructuring operations and, in some instances, re-negotiating leases.
