Once you have made a payment

Please ensure if sending payments by bank transfer that you send a remittance/allocation list to the following email address: ACCABankTransfer@accaglobal.com. Failure to supply this will result in any unidentified payments being returned directly to your bank after 60 days. Payments can take up to 7 working days to reach us.

If you pay by bank transfer, then bank charges may be applied to your payment. These could be applied at either end of the transaction being processed - if charges are applied, they'll be taken from the payment that you have made to ACCA
