ACCA legal service
Members often call ACCA with queries concerning employment and commercial law so ACCA has introduced a legal support service which will provide members with advice and guidance on the wide range of business and personal legal issues. Having carefully evaluated the market for such services we have forged an alliance with FPM Group who can provide legal advice at a very competitively priced annual subscription under their FPM Group banner.
The ACCA Legal Service covers all business issues including employment, health & safety, company law, property, disagreements and personal issues for £95+ VAT per year.
(Practitioners should note that this legal advice line is to help members with their own legal queries and clarification on points of law. The line cannot provide legal advice concerning client queries. There is a high risk that the practitioner will not be in possession of all the facts in relation to the client's query and the legal advice could be incorrect.)

The Legal Service
The Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week and it's an unrestricted service so you can call as often as you like, for as long as you need. With unlimited access it's the sensible way to administrate the law in your organisation.
FPM Group's Legal Service team of over 50 commercially experienced lawyers and barristers will explain complex legal matters in everyday language and are fully conversant with the latest legal developments to ensure you receive the best possible advice. When evaluating the various potential suppliers ACCA was particularly impressed with the experience of the team.
When you subscribe to this service your organisation will be supplied with an ID card and allocated a unique reference code to quote using the service. Following specific confidential advice over the phone, if requested, issues are confirmed in writing or factsheet. The team are also able to review documents for you if requested.
