While the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 require relevant UK employers with 250 or more employees to disclose gender pay gap data, ACCA, though not obligated, proudly chooses to engage in voluntary reporting.
We also recognise the need to address other forms of pay inequality, which is why we welcome the opportunity to report our ethnicity pay gap alongside our gender pay gap as a clear and visible sign of our commitment to ensuring ACCA is an inclusive place to work.
