Practising certificate renewals
Renewing your license
We’ve made a number of updates to the renewal process for 2026 to make this easier for you. Your renewal can now be completed fully online, via your MyACCA account. Much of the data in your renewal will be pre-populated, the progress bar will show you how much you’ve completed, and if you need to pause before you’re ready to submit, your renewal will be saved as you go, meaning no need to re-enter information.
UK and Ireland practising certificate renewals
If you currently hold an ACCA UK or Irish practising certificate, now’s the time to submit your 2026 renewal. You can do this online via your MyACCA account.
If you’re no longer engaged in public practice, you’ll need to let us know. You can do this via the same renewal form - just select ‘no’ when asked if you want to renew.
To get started, simply login to your MyACCA account and follow the links you’re your dashboard. For more information, have a look at the video below. Or search the knowledge base for step by step guides and links to contact us.
How to renew your practising certificate
Firm licensing renewals
If your firm holds an Exempted Regulated Activities (ERA) registration, ATOL reporting status or is involved in audit, you’ll need to complete an annual renewal. This can be done fully online using MyACCA.
The firm’s contact partner will see a renewal notification on their myACCA dashboard. To get started simply follow the link from your dashboard.
Our knowledge base has step by step guides, as well as links on how to contact us if your firm’s contact partner has changed.
