ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and MSI Global Alliance (MSI), an international association of independent legal and accounting firms, have renewed their memorandum of understanding (MoU), continuing their partnership that began in 2018.
Pulkit Abrol, Director of Asia Pacific at ACCA, and Pauline Javani, Interim CEO at MSI Global Alliance, signed the new MoU on 9 October 2026.
The agreement focuses on helping MSI member firms attract, retain and develop talent. MSI’s accounting firms will have access to the ACCA Qualification, its learning portfolio and CPD opportunities, as well as toolkits and guidance to help firms grow.
Building on a collaboration that has benefited both organisations, ACCA and MSI will also work together on thought leadership and speaking opportunities in priority markets. By bringing together insights from both the accounting and legal professions, the renewed partnership will support member firms to respond to changing client expectations, regulatory developments and future workforce needs.
Pauline Javani comments, 'Our member firms are navigating an increasingly competitive talent market while also dealing with evolving client expectations and regulatory changes. ACCA's qualifications and resources will provide our members with additional, practical support. Our partnership also creates a platform for members to share multidisciplinary perspectives and engage in meaningful dialogues on the challenges and opportunities facing the professional services sector.'
