ACCA support the 28th regime and proposed regulations as a first step towards reducing fragmentation and practical issues inhibiting companies incorporating, operating and scaling across the Single Market. As noted in our previous submission, establishing a trusted EU company brand will take time.

We advocate for proportionate regulations applying the ‘Think small first’ principle. We are pleased to see an emphasis on digitalisation and simplification of administrative processes and that EU Inc. will be available to all founders and entrepreneurs however, there are some challenges.
