A major highlight was our Practising Certificate Masterclass, delivered on Day 1 by Radha Garg and Yogesh Dhanak from our technical advisory team. This essential session demystified the practising certificate process and answered key questions about how to take this critical next step in your career. Whether you're considering setting up in practice or are already on your journey, it was a must-attend.

ACCA Thinkers’ Theatre: standing room only

Across both days, over 1,000 attendees came through our ACCA Thinkers’ Theatre to hear insights on the economy, cybersecurity, sustainability, building your practice and more. The sessions were designed to equip you with the latest thinking and leave you better informed and future-ready. The feedback so far has been fantastic and we greatly appreciate the members who gave their time to share their knowledge with the ACCA community.

Gemma Gathercole and Joe Fitzsimons delivered a session on ACCA’s third annual Talent Trends 2025 report: ACCA’s largest ever study across the accountancy profession on issues ranging from career ambitions, hybrid working and inclusivity practices to upskilling, mental health and employability issues.

The latest annual Global Talent Trends Survey 2025 alerts employers to changing perspectives among accountancy and finance professionals, providing a unique view of how people feel about their life at work and future career aspirations. The report is also available in regional variations, including a dedicated UK report.

Answering your questions – from CPD to career progression

Our stand buzzed with activity and conversations. We engaged with hundreds of you, fielding questions on everything from CPD and career development to partnerships, technical insight, and training routes. The team was on hand throughout with expert advice, practical guidance and a warm welcome — and more than a few selfies at our now-iconic ACCA door.
