What is myACCA?

myACCA provides customised information and services relevant to the qualification and level you are studying.

What is myACCA used for?

You can use myACCA to:

  • make changes to your contact and employment details
  • make secure payments for your annual subscription and exam fees using your credit or debit card
  • print receipts/invoices of your transactions
  • enter for exams, change your variant and access your exam attendance docket
  • change or cancel exams
  • register to receive your exam results online and/or view your results

Logging in to myACCA

Login by entering your student registration (ID) number and password, which you will find on your welcome correspondence.

Troubleshooting help

In the event you are facing issues accessing your account:

  • Clear your internet history, your cache, and cookies
  • Close the ACCA website and log in page
  • If you are using a VPN, disconnect this
  • Make sure your device has the correct local time zone for your current location
  • Attempt to access your myACCA via our website
  • Do not use a bookmarked page
  • Re-open your browser or try other browsers

Keeping your Contact details up to date

You can receive all your communication from us via e-communication - including exam results or making exam entries online. It's a quick and convenient way for you to receive important information from us.

Please make sure we have an up-to-date email address and mobile number for you.

You can check and update your contact details online through myACCA. You can also let us know your new details. Go to www.accaglobal.com/contactus select Change of Details or Change of Name where a member of the team can assist you online.  

If you change your name through deed poll, marriage or decree nisi, you will need this to process your change of name when you contact us.

If you are part of a Joint Examination Scheme (JES), you must remember to notify your JES of your change of contact details.

Preferred Methods of Communication

Our preferred way of communicating with you is through myACCA and email, and we are now moving all our customers to these methods. ACCA reserves the right to issue all communications and documentation via myACCA and email only, so please ensure your contact details are kept up-to-date.
