The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has recently launched a new campaign warning employers not to hide from their workplace pensions duties.
TPR monitors all employers, big and small, to make sure staff receive the pensions they are due. Employers should ensure they stay on top of their workplace pension duties. If they don’t, TPR will find out and may take enforcement action.

In a recent blog marking ten years of automatic enrolment, TPR reported that since the start of the roll out, their enforcement activity has led to more than £500m late or missing pensions contributions being paid into schemes and they’ve worked on 730,000 enforcement cases.
