Upcoming planned system downtime

At the end of April, we’re introducing a redesigned MyACCA portal for all our students, affiliates, members and partners to manage their ACCA account.
In the lead-up to the new portal launching on 29 April 2026 there’ll be a period of planned system downtime during which some services will be unavailable.

MyACCA will be unavailable between 17-29 April 2026.

To avoid disruption, please plan ahead and download any important documents you may need before this period, including:​

  • Exam results and transcripts
  • Certificates​
  • Letters of good standing​
  • Letters of Equivalence
  • ​Payment receipts 

Key system downtime dates

  • New student registrations will be unavailable between 31 March and 29 April 2026.
  • The March 2026 exam results will be released on 11 April, and the June 2026 exam entry deadline is 16 April. This allows for six days to enter for the June exams following the March results. Booking demand is expected to be high so please book early.

If you intend to start studying an ACCA qualification soon, here’s how our upcoming system downtime will impact you. 

New ACCA registrations

New registrations will be unavailable until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Resuming an in-progress registration

Any applications that were started before 31 March 2026 but were not completed will have now been closed. Any information entered will not have been saved. All applications will need to be restarted after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Exam exemption requests

Exemption requests for the June 2026 exams are now closed. Any applications that were started before 31 March 2026 but were not completed will have been closed and any information entered will not have been saved.

All exam exemption applications will reopen after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Exemptions Calculator

You'll still be able to use the exemptions calculator to see if you may be eligible for any exemptions from our exams. However, you'll be unable to request your available exemptions be emailed to you from 17 - 29 April 2026.

You can reach us by email or through your MyACCA account (if applicable) until 9 April 2026, or until 15 April 2026 for exam entry related queries.

For any urgent queries after this date, you can contact our Customer Services team by phone on +44 (0)141 582 2000 or on the local toll free number. However, from between 17 - 29 April, teams will be unable to action requests or provide personalised advice until our systems are back online.

You’ll be able to contact us through your MyACCA portal once our systems are back on 29 April 2026.

Accessing MyACCA

MyACCA will be unavailable between 17 and 29 April 2026. If you need to update your account details, submit an application, or view and download any documents including certificates, payment receipts, exam transcripts or results, please do so by 16 April 2026.

ACCA Learning

You'll still be able to access ACCA Learning during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026). However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

Compass Planner

You'll be able to use our Compass study planning tool until 16 April 2026. This service will be unavailable from 17 - 29 April 2026.

Entry for June 2026 exams

You have until 16 April 2026 to book for the June 2026 exam session. Due to limited exam centre capacity early booking is advised. We’ll be unable to accept exam bookings for June 2026 after this date and your next available exam session will be September 2026.

Ethics and Professional Skills Module (EPSM)

You'll still be able to access Ethics and Professional Skills Module during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026). However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

Exemptions Calculator

You'll still be able to use the exemptions calculator to see if you may be eligible for any exemptions from our exams. However, you'll be unable to request your available exemptions be emailed to you from 17 - 29 April 2026

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

On-demand exams

On-demand exams will still be available between 17-29 April 2026. Provisional results will be provided on the same day as the exam. Final results will be accessible via the updated MyACCA portal after 29 April 2026.

You can still search for an on-demand exam centre, however, the information will not be updated between 17 - 29 April 2026.

Practice Platform 

You'll still be able to access Practice Platform during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026). However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected on 17 April 2026 and 24 April 2026.

Recording your PER progress

You have until 16 April 2026 to update your PER progress in MyExperience. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026 to resume updating. RPES will not be accessible during 17-29 April 2026.

Search for an ACCA approved employer

You'll still be able to search for an ACCA approved employer, however, the information on our database will not be updated between 17 - 29 April 2026.

Search for an ACCA approved learning partner

You'll still be able to search for a learning partner, however, the information on our database will not be updated between 17 - 29 April 2026.

Study Hub  

You'll still be able to access Study Hub during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026).

However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period. Outages are expected on 17 April 2026 and 24 April 2026.

Study Hub+

You'll still be able to access Study Hub+ during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026). However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

Study Support Resources 

Access to Study Support Resources will still be available between 17-29 April 2026. 

Transfer to a different qualification

You have until 9 April 2026 to request a transfer to a different qualification. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

You’ll be able to access Mentoring during our planned system downtime (17-29 April).

However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

Recording your PER progress.

You have until 16 April 2026 to update your PER progress in MyExperience. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026 to resume updating.

Reduced subscriptions application

If you wish to apply for a reduced subscription, you have until 9 April 2026 to provide all necessary documentation and submit your request. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Ahead of the updates to the MyACCA portal, there’ll be a period of planned downtime during which our systems, including MyACCA, will be unavailable.

Apply for ACCA membership from other bodies

Applications for ACCA membership from other bodies has now closed. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

CPD declarations and evidence records

You have until 16 April 2026 to submit any CPD declarations and evidence records for CPD reviews. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the updated MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

CPD resources

You'll still be able to access CPD Resources during our planned system downtime (17-29 April 2026). However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17-19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 28-29 April 2026.

CPD reviews

If you’ve been selected for a CPD review, you have until 16 April 2026 to provide materials. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the updated MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

CPD waivers

You have until 16 April 2026 to apply for CPD waivers. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the updated MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

We'll aim to process these as quickly as possible, however, it may be after our systems are back online on 29 April 2026.

Lifetime membership applications

You have until 9 April 2026 to apply for lifetime membership. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Mentoring

You’ll be able to access Mentoring during our planned system downtime (17-29 April).

However, to support these essential improvements, there will be a number of short planned outages during this period.

Outages are expected between 17–19 April 2026, on 24 April 2026, and between 27–29 April 2026.

Payment of subscription fees

You won’t be able to make any online payments - including subscription fees - between 17-29 April 2026. 

Readmit your membership

If you are removed from the register, you can apply to return to it until 9 April 2026. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Reduced subscriptions application

If you wish to apply for a reduced subscription, you have until 9 April 2026 to provide all necessary documentation and submit your request. You'll be able to apply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Regulatory applications

You have until 16 April 2026 to submit a regulatory application. After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the updated MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Your redesigned MyACCA portal is coming

At the end of April, we’ll introduce a redesigned MyACCA portal for all our students, affiliates, members and partners to manage their ACCA account.

The new MyACCA portal will provide access to key information, support and services.

Key updates will include:

You’ll have access to a new help and support section on the MyACCA portal where you’ll find quick answers to queries. And if you need to follow up with us, you’ll see guidance on how to contact our support teams. 

If you are studying with a learning provider or university, you’ll be able to connect to them on the new MyACCA portal. This will allow you to view and share key information for progressing your ACCA studies.

If you are studying through an employer, or your membership is associated with one, you’ll be able to connect to them on the new MyACCA portal. This will allow you to view and share key information for progressing your ACCA studies or membership.

You’ll be able to view your study progress and exam results more easily on the new MyACCA portal.

You’ll be able to submit your own applications related to transfers, subscriptions, affiliate and CAT status on the new MyACCA portal. 

Exemptions will no longer be awarded automatically. Instead, you’ll need to accept any applicable exemptions on the new MyACCA portal.
