Upcoming planned system downtime

In the lead up to the redesigned MyACCA portal launching on 29 April 2026, there’ll be a period of planned system downtime during which some services will be unavailable.

MyACCA will be unavailable between 17-29 April 2026

To avoid disruption, please plan ahead and download any important documents you may need before this period, including:​
  • Exam results and transcripts
  • Certificates​
  • Letters of good standing​
  • Letters of Equivalence​
  • ​Payment receipts

If you have students who are yet to register with ACCA, please ensure these are complete by 31 March 2026. Registrations will be unavailable after this date until the launch of the new portal on 29 April 2026.

Any incomplete applications after 31 March 2026 will be closed, and applications will need to be restarted after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

MyACCA and the Exchange portal will be unavailable between 17-29 April 2026.

If you already have access to MyACCA or the Exchange portal and need to update your account details, submit an application, or view and download any documents including certificates, payment receipts, exam transcripts or results, please do so by 16 April 2026.

After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

You have until 4 March 2026 to apply for our Approved Employer programme, even if you hold existing approval.  Please ensure you submit all required documentation.

There will be limited opportunity to progress any incomplete applications after 4 March 2026 and as such your application may be closed. Should your application be closed, you’ll need to reapply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Approved Employer renewals and monitoring will not be impact by the system downtime and will continue as normal throughout the remainder of 2026. You will be contacted via the new MyACCA portal.

You have until 4 March 2026 to apply for our Approved Learning Partner (Silver, Gold and Platinum) or Registered Learning Partner programmes. This includes providing all necessary documentation.

There will be limited opportunity to progress any incomplete applications after 4 March 2026 and as such your application may be closed. Should your application be closed, you’ll need to reapply after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

The March 2026 exam results will now be released on 11 April 2026.

The June 2026 standard entry deadline will now be 16 April 2026. There will be no late entry period for June 2026.

Due to limited exam centre capacity early booking is advised. We’ll be unable to accept exam bookings for June 2026 after 16 April, and the next available exam session will be September 2026.

If you have students who have started the application process and would like to apply for an exemption for the June 2026 exams, they’ll have unti31 March 2026 to provide all necessary documentation and complete their application.

Any incomplete exemption requests and applications after 31 March 2026 will be closed, and they’ll need to restart their application after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

You have until 4 March 2026 to apply for or renew your exemption accreditation.  This includes initial applications for exemption accreditation, adding any new accredited programmes or making significant changes to existing programmes.

Approved Learning Partner and Registered Learning Partner renewals have been launched for 2026-27. We’ll endeavour to contact you and finalise your renewal by 16 April 2026.

Any incomplete renewals will be finalised from 29 April 2026 when our new systems are live.

You have until 16 April 2026 to make any updates to your connections with your students, affiliates and members on MyACCA or the Exchange portal (if applicable).

After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.

Partners have until 4 March 2026 to apply to become a licensed on-demand CBE centre. This includes submission of licence fee payments.

Any incomplete applications after 13 April 2026 will be closed, and applications will need to be restarted after the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026. 

All licensed on-demand CBE centres were invited to renew for 2026-27 on 5 February 2026. We’ll endeavour to contact you and finalise your renewal by 13 April 2026. Any incomplete renewals will need to be re-submitted from 29 April 2026 when our updated systems are live. 

You have until 16 April 2026 to download any Practicing Certificates.

After this, you’ll need to wait until the launch of the new MyACCA portal on 29 April 2026.
