Emmeline leads sustainability-related research and policy initiatives within ACCA’s Policy and Insights team, focusing on the role of finance professionals in driving the transition to a low-carbon, resilient global economy. She delivers forward-looking insights that help the profession address climate risks, harness emerging opportunities, and contribute to global sustainability goals.

Her areas of expertise include green finance, climate adaptation, net zero strategy, and the intersection of finance and climate technology. Emmeline chairs ACCA’s Sustainability Global Forum and has led international research projects and events that foster collaboration across sectors.

She has authored and contributed to several ACCA publications, including Green Finance Skills: The Guide, The Role of the CFO and Finance Function in the Climate Transition, Weathering the Storm: Building Resilience Against Climate Disruptions, and The Climate Tech Forecast: A Guide to Driving Value Across Organisations.

Before joining ACCA, Emmeline worked at PwC and the United Nations Global Compact, where she contributed to the development of the SDG Compass—a key resource for helping businesses align their strategies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
