ACCA registered students, affiliates and members who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the BSc Professional Accountancy programme.
If you are considering applying for the BSc Professional Accountancy programme, you will firstly need to check that you meet the eligibility criteria. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to consider these criteria before applying for ACCA exemptions and/or as part of your ACCA exam planning.

If you meet all of the criteria below you are eligible to apply for the programme.
You have no outstanding debt or legal flags on your ACCA account.
You have passed or gained exemptions for all of the Applied Knowledge (Business and Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting) and Corporate and Business Law exams.
You have passed, with ACCA, the Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Audit and Assurance exams. Should you have an exemption for any of these exams, you will need to forfeit the exemption and pass the exam with ACCA. You are not able to forfeit any exemption if you have already passed a Strategic Professional exam.
From the date of when you start the BSc programme, no more than five years have elapsed since you passed any one of the Financial Reporting, Taxation or Audit and Assurance exams. For example, to be eligible for the September 2026 BSc programme start date, you must have passed all those exams from the September 2021 session onwards.

Available to all ACCA affiliates and members, this programme is designed for career-minded finance professionals who wish to complement their professional skills with master’s level understanding and skills, applied to accountancy and finance subject areas.

Exemptions
There are no exemptions available for any aspect of the BSc Professional Accountancy programme. This means that even if you have completed ACCA's Financial Management and/or Performance Management exams, you will still be required to complete the corresponding modules on the BSc Professional Accountancy programme.
