Vicky is a partner at Viberts and is widely recognised as the “go to” person for advice on Jersey employment law. She is recognized as a member of the employment ‘Hall of Fame’ by the Legal 500 and as a ‘Band 1’ employment lawyer by Chambers & Partners UK (2022 and previously). She also advises on a full range of related matters including workplace investigations, discrimination (inside and outside the workplace), data protection and business licensing. Her experience includes successful litigation in ground-breaking areas, such as challenging the powers of the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal. She has acted as an expert witness on Jersey law in the High Court of Justice of England & Wales.
