James Chan is Co-founder at PIE Strategy Limited, an internationally certified B Corporation® recognised on the global Best for the World list. With a decade of experience in sustainability strategy and social innovation consulting, he has advised Fortune 500 companies, publicly listed corporations in Asia, government departments and international organisations.

James specialises in guiding organisations through both strategic and operational sustainability challenges, helping them develop tailored strategies and programmes that create shared value for business and society. He has also led social and environmental impact assessments, guiding companies in embedding sustainability risks and opportunities into their core strategies. He regularly delivers training and shares emerging trends and business insights with boards of directors and executive teams, empowering leadership to drive sustainable change from the top.

As an Accredited Trainer of the SDG Impact Standards with the United Nations Development Programme and a certified Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) professional, James is also a frequent guest speaker at universities and a columnist for newspapers and magazines. He is the author of books on social and sustainable innovation, showcasing successful case studies of businesses integrating sustainability into their models.

Dhriti Vyshwamithri

Dhriti Vyshwamithri has been working in the financial industry for more than a decade, specializing in energy transition and sustainable finance. Her experiences working with corporates and banks on sustainability topics support different market participants in leveraging ESG, climate change and sustainability to create business value. She studied and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea, building her foundational knowledge and real-world insights about Asia’s sustainable development.

Eric Luk, Director, Sustainability, Deloitte China

Eric Luk is a Director within Deloitte’s Sustainability Practice in Hong Kong. He participates in Deloitte’s Global Sustainability Reporting Standards Expert Advisory Panel, which monitors new sustainability reporting and assurance standards and provides guidance materials to help practitioners interpret and apply them. Eric is also a member of HKICPA's S1 and S2 Implementation Platform Panel.

In his current client-facing role, Eric advises clients on matters relating to sustainability and climate change strategies, sustainable finance and managing greenwashing risks, establishing net-zero transition plans, setting ESG and Science-based Targets, ESG indices and ratings, developing training and capacity building, conducting climate risk assessment on physical and transition risk, as well as regulatory and voluntary sustainability reporting and climate-related financial disclosures. His clients cover a spectrum of industries, including conglomerates, banks and financial services, private equity, real estate, property management, state-owned enterprises, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, trading and retail, logistics, food and beverages, engineering, hospitality, and aviation.

Before his current role, Eric also held positions in other consulting firms and within listed and non-listed companies. He has more than 20 years of consultancy and management experience in Hong Kong, China, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, where he completed projects in both external consulting and internal management capacities. Outside of work, Eric is completing a professional doctorate degree and conducting research specialising in sustainable finance around the external reviews of sustainability-linked bonds.

Hauman Yeung, Director, Ascent Partners Advisory Service Limited

Hauman Yeung obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 1988, he has been actively involved in the environmental movement in Hong Kong.

In 1997, he served as a special consultant for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) during the Kyoto Protocol. In 2008, he co-founded Ascent Partner Group Service Limited. In 2016, he established the ESG department and has since overseen the production of over 400 ESG reports for listed companies in Hong Kong. As a result, Ascent Partners has become one of the leading players in the ESG field.

In December 2019, Mr Yeung was invited as a trainer for a program organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP), specifically a National Workshop on Capital Market Development and Green Bond Issuing in Bhutan.

In 2022, Mr Yeung was engaged by the United Nations as a special consultant for UN ESCAP to contribute to the development of the Asia Pacific Green Deal project. Furthermore, in 2023, he was appointed as a member of the Programme Advisory Committee for the MSc in Sustainable Global Business at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, serving a two-year term.

  • On-demand versions are available after one day of each of the live webinars. Enrolee can access the recorded webinars until 31 March 2026.
  • Enrolee’s own attendance record can be downloaded in the webinar platform after attending each of the webinars.
  • The series is under ACCA’s Subsidy CPD Scheme. In the Scheme, three percent of seats of our selected CPD events are open on a complimentary and first-come, first-served basis to members who are currently entitled to reduced subscription and retired members on ACCA’s register.
