Overview

This 60-minute webinar, a collaborative effort between ACCA and ExP, the UK-exclusive online learning provider for DipIFR, offers a deep dive into the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), respectively IFRS 15.

Agenda:

We start by exploring the crucial role of IFRS in ensuring transparent and efficient financial reporting globally. Special emphasis is placed on IFRS 15, Revenue from Contracts with Customers, and its impact on financial statements of the business. A mini case study of a leading company successfully implementing IFRS 15 will showcase practical challenges and the resultant benefits in financial integrity.

In addition to these insights, the webinar serves as an opportunity to explore the ACCA Diploma in Financial Reporting (DipIFR). This globally recognised program delves into not only IFRS 15 but also other key standards essential for comprehensive financial reporting. Participants will learn how these standards, when applied effectively, significantly contribute to a company's value.

The partnership between ACCA and ExP brings this learning experience to you through flexible online modules. This approach allows you to engage with the material from any location and at a pace that suits your busy schedule.

Our session concludes with an interactive Q&A segment. Whether you're a finance professional, auditor, or corporate leader, this webinar promises to enhance your understanding of IFRS's strategic role in business growth and introduce you to the benefits of pursuing the DipIFR for in-depth knowledge in this area.
