Eligibility criteria to join Partner Services

Partner Services is available to all organisation types.

If you're an ACCA Approved Employer, ACCA Approved Learning Partner, On-Demand Exam Centre or an Accredited University, your organisations will already have a Partner Services Account.

When joining Partner Services, there are three options:

If your organisation doesn't have a formal relationship with ACCA, you can start a Partner Services application:

If your organisation does not have a formal relationship with ACCA and you wish to pay certain fees on behalf of connected individuals, you can start a Partner Services with Billing Application:

If your organisation already has Partner Services and you would now like to add billing, please start a Billing Application:

You have two options when applying for Partner Services:

  1. Partner Services (data sharing only) – this allows your organisation to connect to individuals and view key information about their MyACCA progress. This option provides visibility but does not include billing functions. 

  2. Partner Services with Billing Arrangement – A billing arrangement allows your organisation to pay certain fees on behalf of connected individuals. You can choose which fees you wish to cover under your arrangement and these will be billed to your organisation directly.
