What's changing

We've listened to your feedback and we're improving the way we communicate with you. We've made some changes to give you better control over the emails you receive from ACCA.

We're updating how we categorise our email communications. Previously, you were sent certain emails as part of your membership. Going forward, some communications will require you to confirm consent to continue receiving them.

As part of your membership, you'll automatically receive:

• a monthly ACCA newsletter, providing you with key local and global updates
• a fortnightly local and global CPD and events direct update
• a weekly AB Direct supplement which will update you with industry news

These three communications form the core set of your membership benefits, and we recommend that you remain opted-in to receive them.

However, should you wish to stop receiving, one, two, or all of these core communications, you may opt out at any time by clicking 'Manage Preferences' in the footer of any of the emails listed above.

Please note: these changes and preferences do not effect the transactional and service emails that support the running of your account and long term membership with ACCA eg voting, administration, subscriptions, key milestones and satisfaction surveys.
