When put on the spot and asked “what do you do?” most people respond with a job title. That has two problems. It assumes that everybody has the same definition for that label and it assumes that everybody understands the value that role delivers.

This session takes a different approach by separating your identity from the role position or job title. So the next time you’re asked “what do you do?” you have a response which conveys value and can start an interesting conversation.
