In this session you will be guided on a journey of self-reflection. You’ll discover the common challenges of goal setting, such as the specific beliefs and behaviour patterns that hinder our progress in trying to achieve our goals. And by the end of the session, you will have decided which goal(s) you want to focus on, and the steps to take to achieve it.

Jess is a chartered psychologist, throughout the session she will draw on theory from the fields of positive psychology, social psychology, and neuroscience. There will be an editable workbook to accompany this workshop that you will be sent in advance.
