Overview

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the use of software that functions as a digital workforce, typically managed by business operations teams. Logic-driven robots execute pre-determined, rules-based tasks, mimicking human interaction with existing applications to automate business processes. The goal is to save time and money while building efficiencies in performance over the long-term.

Michelle Holmes (Managing Director, Protiviti) and Harrison Jardine (Senior RPA Consultant, Protiviti) will be leading the presentation and demonstration of what RPA is, how it can be implemented and the core benefits it can provide.
