Notifying PII claims - when and how

Overview

The obligation to notify claims is very strict under the Pre Action Protocol for Claims against Professionals which has become an intrinsic part of the Civil Procedure Rules. Failure to act within the protocol may result in financial penalties and increased costs. This session will look at what a claim is, when you should notify your broker/insurer, and how to deal with a potential claim.
