You have two options when applying for Partner Services:

  1. Partner Services (data sharing only) – this allows your organisation to connect to individuals and view key information about their MyACCA progress. This option provides visibility but does not include billing functions.

  2. Partner Services with Billing Arrangement – A billing arrangement allows your organisation to pay certain fees on behalf of connected individuals. You can choose which fees you wish to cover under your arrangement and these will be billed to your organisation directly.

If you would like to apply for Partner Services, our video guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to apply.

Once your application to Partner Services is approved and you are logged into your new MyACCA portal for your organisation, you can connect with ACCA members and future members to view their information.

You will have the ability to connect to existing ACCA registered customers or invite your people to register with ACCA.

  • Manage Invitations – The ‘Manage Invitation section of your MyACCA portal allows you to choose whether you want to invite individuals to connect (if they are already registered with ACCA) or register for the first time. When sending invites, you can add any billing arrangements or registration codes that will then be automatically applied to this individual. Invitations can be sent individually or in bulk.
  • Manage connections – In the 'Manage Connections’ page of your portal, you can manage an individual’s record, remove connections, or add and remove people from billing arrangements in bulk or individually.
