Sam Ellis, Head of Operations and Finance at InterWorks Europe 

Sam is a chartered accountant with experience working in private accounting firms and a number of high growth businesses. He brings a depth of knowledge having worked in varying industries from renewable energy, cycling and business intelligence. For the last 4 years Sam has worked in the data analytics and insights industry, initially with Starcount Insights and is currently working as Head of Operations and Finance for InterWorks Europe, a Tableau Gold Partner consulting firm. He also sits on the ACCA Southern Network Panel and is a Governor of a local school.

Lauren Bevan, Advisory Health Digital Lead at EY

Lauren is a Senior Manager within the UK&I Health Advisory Practice and Health Digital Lead at EY. She has a clinical background, has completed her ACA and now hold qualifications in data science. Lauren brings extensive experience of taking key metrics and developing these into implementable productivity and savings plans at a range of mental health, acute, and community health organisations. Lauren has also recently completed a secondment with as Finance and Commercial Director of OneHealthTech, which supports and promotes women in health innovation.

Bethan MacKay, Senior Executive Valuation & Business at EY

Bethan is a Manager in the Valuations and Business Modelling team and specialises in Health. Bethan is a geographer by background and holds an MSc with Distinction in Geographical Information Science.  She came to EY from Dr Foster where she was the lead research analyst.  She is experienced in working with data from many health systems around the world. She has a special interest in spatial analysis and is the technical lead for EY’s health analytics offering EY Precision.
