Jasmine Tian, director, International Tax and Transaction Services, EY
Jasmine Tian is familiar with both China and Hong Kong SAR tax regimes and business environments and provides tax advisory services to MNCs investing into China and Hong Kong SAR in relation to their cross border transactions. Gigi Lam, director, Deloitte China
Gigi Lam is a director of the National Technical Department of Deloitte China. In her current role, she gives advice to clients on applications of IFRS and HKFRS standards and provides accounting technical support to clients' transactions and IPOs. She also spent eight years in audit practice in Hong Kong, where she served listed and multinational clients from a variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, real estate and transportation. Ambrose Ting is an assurance partner of PwC, with experience in auditing in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Australia. For the capital market, he has extensive experience in various types of main board/ GEM board initial public offerings (including real estate investment trust, business trust, etc), reverse takeovers, spin-offs, major acquisitions and bond issues.

Terry Chen is a senior manager at PwC Hong Kong’s Actuarial Services team with 10 years of experience in life insurance. Terry leads the Long Service Pay actuarial valuation workstream within PwC including the development of valuation models and risk assessment models, and has helped multiple internal and external clients on technical interpretations as well as impact assessments. His relevant experience includes Lump Sum Grant and Key Man Risk assessments, audit, capital reporting, strategy consulting, and process modernisation.
