Kenneth Peh is a Director of Deloitte's Global Employer Services & Deloitte Private practice in Hong Kong and Macao. He has over 15 years of experience advising multinational clients on Hong Kong / PRC personal tax compliance and planning, cross-border tax planning strategies, reward and compensation design, equity compensation, employment visa, etc. He also provides tax and immigration advice to high-net-worth clients and family offices.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Kenneth has worked in a single family office as their Chief Operating Officer, and a Pre-IPO pharmaceutical company as their Global HR Director.
Kenneth is a regular speaker on tax and mobility issues, including speaking as course lecturer at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), and for the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department and Guangdong Tax Bureau.
Kenneth is a co-author of the “Hong Kong Master Tax Guide” published by Wolters Kluwer CCH.
