Using effective arguments is a subtle exercise, even if we all do it spontaneously and more or less consciously in many different circumstances. The goal of using successful arguments is to steer the other person’s behaviour in a precise direction. In this course, we present the different argument styles - each having its risks and limits - you'll need to be familiar with in order to develop a winning stance.
